Underwater hardware work (bolt replacement, bracket installation, mooring hardware) is conducted with debris containment as standard procedure.

Lagoon visibility varies seasonally — algal bloom conditions in late summer can reduce visibility to less than one foot. Seagrass areas require protective mat placement to prevent diver fin scour on active seagrass beds.
