Ocean Pearl
Oceanfront barrier island. Dune crossovers, seawalls, CCCL permitting.
The Moorings
Canal and lagoon access. Residential docks. ICW-frontage setback work.
Riomar
Old-Florida character. Mixed city-county jurisdiction. ICW frontage.
Carlton Club
Mainland ICW frontage. Dock restoration, boat lifts, seawall reinforcement.
Quail Valley
Golf course infrastructure. Walls, bridges, embankment restoration.
